eyes: (start with black yarn) Make a magick circle. DC 12 in the magic circle join in the round with a SLST to top of CH2. Make 2 eyes. Add a white dot on the eyes

Rnd 1: (start with white yarn) ch 52. Ch 2, DC 51. Repeat for 20 rows.
Rnd 2: (start with white yarn) ch 2. DC 14. (start with blue yarn). DC 24. (start with white yarn) DC 14. Repeat for 3 rows. 4 rows total
Rnd 4: (start with blue yarn) ch2. dc all around neck area for 2 rows.. (Shoulder area) SK 1, DC 4 in same ST, SK 1, SC 1, DC 4 in same ST, until end of row (on the other side of the shoulder area), SLST close.
Rnd 5 buttons: (start with black yarn) make magic circle, ch 2, DC 12, SLST close, make 3 buttons.
Toilet paper hat
Rnd 1: (start with black yarn) make magic circle, ch 2, dc 12, slst close. Ch 2, dc 2 together to make an increase on all 12 st. slst close round. Ch 2, dc 2 together to make an increase in ch2, dc 1, dc 2 together to make increase, repeat until end of row.
Rnd 2: Ch 2, dc 1 in every st. repeat until end of row. Repeat for 6 rows.
